By using the Remote Work Academy you accept these terms. The Academy offers training and guidance with AI Advisors. It is education and strategic support, not legal or financial advice, and not a guarantee of employment. Your membership renews automatically until you cancel.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Academy you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the Academy is

The Remote Work Academy is an educational platform created by Recruitment Gal. It includes materials, videos, and six specialized AI Advisors that support your journey toward remote work. The Advisors are extensions of the Recruitment Gal method, powered by artificial intelligence.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be of legal age in your country to create an account.
  • You are responsible for your account's security and the information you provide.
  • An account is personal and non-transferable.

    • 4. Memberships, credits, and payments

  • The Academy runs on memberships and a credit system for AI features.
  • Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel from your account.
  • You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
  • Credits included in your plan renew each cycle and do not roll over indefinitely unless stated.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

    • 5. Acceptable use

  • Do not share your access or redistribute the Academy's materials.
  • Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to generate harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to breach platform security or extract other users' data.

    • 6. Nature of the guidance

    The content and AI Advisors provide education and strategic guidance, not individualized professional advice. Information about payments, taxes, or legal matters is informational and does not replace an accountant, lawyer, or financial advisor. AI responses may contain errors; always verify data, prices, and dates before acting. The Academy does not guarantee employment or specific financial outcomes.

    7. Intellectual property

    All Academy content (texts, videos, guides, the SMART Method, the Advisors and their materials) is owned by Recruitment Gal and protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable license for your own use. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

    8. Your content

    You retain ownership of documents you upload (such as your resume). You grant us permission to process them solely to deliver the service. You can delete them from your locker at any time.

    9. Termination

    You may close your account whenever you wish. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. After termination, your access ends and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

    10. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recruitment Gal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Academy. The service is provided as is, with our best effort to maintain its quality and availability.

    11. Governing law and changes

    These Terms are governed by the law applicable to Recruitment Gal. We may update them; material changes will be communicated and the last updated date reflects the current version.
